The price includes lectures and wine tasting, literature, the exam as well as the WSET certificate and pin after successfully passing the exam. The course is held in English in Sremski Karlovci, address: Trg Branka Radičevića 1.

The deadline for registration is two weeks before the start of the course, which includes full payment!

Cancellation of confirmed places is accepted up to 20 working days before the start of the course. The administrative fee in the amount of 5,000 dinars will be deducted, and the remaining amount of the course fee will be returned to the user (minus the cost of study materials).
The transfer of a confirmed reservation to another course (only from a lower to a higher level) or candidate can be made up to 20 working days before the course start date with the payment of an administrative fee of 4000 dinars plus the costs of additional study materials that may be applicable. Transfer or change of the date of the selected course is possible, at least 20 days before the start of the originally selected training date. All transfers are subject to availability.
If a confirmed course booking is canceled within 20 working days before the start of the course or at any time after the start of the course, no refund or transfer of course fees will be made. Course fees will be fully refunded if the Wine Academy of Serbia changes the course date or cancels the course if the number of enrolled students does not reach the required minimum number - notification will be provided 15 working days before the planned start date.
It is important that the customer provides a complete and accurate delivery address and that someone is available to receive the package at that address at the time specified. Any material returned to our distribution center, which is not successfully received by the customer, will automatically be charged an additional return cost.

The WSET Level 1 Award in Wines is an introductory wine course for those starting a wine career or just wine lovers

Who is the course for?

It is ideal for beginners and those new to the study of wine as WSET Level 1 provides a practical introduction to the world of wine and offers a basic knowledge of wine. Through this course, participants are trained to independently research wine styles, wine and food pairings, as well as proper wine storage and serving. Through the tasting, participants will have the opportunity to learn how wine is evaluated and tasted. The WSET Level 1 Award in Wines is also the basis for further training in the wine sector. It is intended for future sommeliers, tourist guides, students, wine merchants, but also for wine lovers who want to learn more about wine.
