The price includes lectures and wine tasting, materials, as well as a tour of the winery in Sremski Karlovci, where the participant can see every part of the production process. The training is held in Serbian in Sremski Karlovci, address: Trg Branka Radičevića 1.

The deadline for registration is ten days before the start of the course, which includes full payment!

Cancellation of confirmed places is accepted up to 20 working days before the start of the course. The administrative fee in the amount of 5,000 dinars will be deducted, and the remaining amount of the course fee will be returned to the user (minus the cost of study materials).

The transfer of a confirmed reservation to another course (only from a lower to a higher level) or candidate can be made up to 20 working days before the course start date with the payment of an administrative fee of 4000 dinars plus the costs of additional study materials that may be applicable. Transfer or change of the date of the selected course is possible, at least 20 days before the start of the originally selected training date. All transfers are subject to availability.

If a confirmed course booking is canceled within 20 working days before the start of the course or at any time after the start of the course, no refund or transfer of course fees will be made. Course fees will be fully refunded if the Wine Academy of Serbia changes the course date or cancels the course if the number of enrolled students does not reach the required minimum number - notification will be provided 15 working days before the planned start date.

It is important that the customer provides a complete and accurate delivery address and that someone is available to receive the package at that address at the time specified. Any material returned to our distribution center, which is not successfully received by the customer, will automatically be charged an additional return cost.

Who is the course for?

The course is intended for all small wine producers and amateurs who want to complement their passion and love for wine with the production itself. Through the course, participants acquire knowledge so that they can independently run their own small wine production and enjoy real and high-quality wines that they have produced themselves. In addition to learning about wine production, participants learn how to evaluate wines, that is, how to recognize quality, faults and defects in wine through the tasting of numerous wines that will be tasted throughout the course.
The course can be attended by all those who want to acquire certain knowledge in the field of wine production. Duration of the course: The first two days of lectures are held via the ZOOM application, while subsequent lectures are held in our premises in Sremski Karlovci. On the sixth day, the winery in Sremski Karlovci is visited, where participants will have the opportunity to taste wines and see the entire process of wine production.

  • Viticulture – basic components of grapes; grape varieties; what kind of quality grapes are necessary for the production of top quality wines.

  • When the grapes are good for wine (technological maturity); Transport; How to prepare it for processing
  • What does a small winery need? What is redundant and inapplicable?
  • Production of white and rose wines

Primary processing of white grapes, equipment, protection against oxidation, agents (additives), necessary and recommended measurements, corrections, maceration, enzyms, cleaning (clarification) of the wine press; Impact of certain technological operations on quality; Aging and care of white wines.
